These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, or “User”) and INNOVATE DEVX (“we”, “our”, or “Developer”) governing your access to and use of the mobile application SkyBoostX: Storage Cleaner (the “App”), including any features, content, updates, and services provided through the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, INNOVATE DEVX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install and use a single copy of the App on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
The App offers features such as duplicate contact detection, duplicate photo/video detection, video compression, a secure/encrypted folder (local-only), and an internet speed test.
To provide these features the App may request access to certain device resources (Contacts, Photos, Storage, etc.). You must grant permissions to use corresponding features; you may decline permissions but the related features will not function. All access is subject to your consent and device settings.
As described in our Privacy Policy, the App processes Contacts, Photos/Videos and similar data locally on your deviceand does not upload your private media or contact contents to our servers unless you explicitly choose a cloud/backup feature (if any) that you enable — in which case data transfer and storage will be described separately and require your consent.
The App may include or interoperate with third-party services, analytics SDKs and advertising networks (for example, Firebase, Google AdMob, or others). Those third parties have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their practices. Ads and analytics may use device identifiers or aggregated/anonymous data; we will request tracking consent where required (e.g., App Tracking Transparency on iOS). The App may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions. Purchases are processed by the platform store (Apple App Store, Google Play) and are subject to the store’s payment/refund policies. By purchasing you agree to the store’s transaction terms.
Automatic subscription renewals, cancellation, refund rights, and management must be handled through the relevant app store. If you have billing questions, contact the store (not us) unless we state otherwise.
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Do not jailbreak or root your device — doing so may affect App performance and void certain protections.
All rights, title and interest in and to the App and its content (including code, design, graphics, logos, text, and trademarks) are and remain the property of INNOVATE DEVX or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law.
If you submit reviews, feedback, ideas or other content through the App, you grant INNOVATE DEVX a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display that content for any purpose (including promotional). Do not submit content that violates third-party rights or applicable law.

We may update the App at any time. You agree to accept automatic updates if necessary. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or error-free, and we may suspend, discontinue or restrict access at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. INNOVATE DEVX disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted or error free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will INNOVATE DEVX be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to download the App during the six months prior to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability; where prohibited, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless INNOVATE DEVX and its officers, affiliates, agents and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from (a) your use of the App, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older (or 16+ in certain jurisdictions as required). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age threshold. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us personal data without consent, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to remove such data.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for breach of these Terms or for any lawful reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends, and you should remove the App from your device.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Law / Jurisdiction] without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of [Jurisdiction / City]. If you prefer another jurisdiction for consumer protection reasons, applicable local mandatory law will apply.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms in the App or on our website and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining Terms remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and INNOVATE DEVX regarding the App.
