If you’re facing an issue with artvista, you might discover the solution in the following FAQ’s 

As per Apple's policy, if you enroll in a 3-day trial, you might encounter charges in the final 24 hours of your trial duration.

If you have subscribed to a trial offering free or discounted access and wish to avoid renewal, ensure to cancel it a minimum of 24 hours before the trial concludes," as stated on Apple's website.(https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039)

The App Store manages the payment processes independently, and unfortunately, the ArtVista team does not have control over this particular process.

  1. Go to the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Choose iTunes & App Store
  3. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen
  4. Tap View Apple ID (you might need to sign in or use Touch ID)
  5. Tap Subscriptions
  6. Under Subscriptions, tap artVista

Unfortunately, ArtVista cannot process refunds for Apple payments. If you believe there was an unauthorized charge and you wish to seek a refund, we recommend reaching out to Apple Support for assistance.

ArtVista is free, and its complimentary features include some advanced functionalities, which will continue to be available at no cost.
