We regret to inform you that we do not have the authority to directly process cancellations or issue refunds. For assistance with canceling your subscription, please reach out to the Google Play Store. To initiate the cancellation of your subscription, please follow these steps:
- Open the google play app on your device.
- Tap on the menu icon in the top left-corner
- Select Subscription from the menu.
- Find the app subscription you wish to cancel.
- Choose the cancel subscription option and follow the instructions.
Unfortunately, we do not have the authority to directly process refund requests. The refund process is overseen by the Google Play Store. It is crucial to contact the relevant Google Play Store support team to initiate your refund request.
If you could like to request a refund for your app purchase please follow the steps below.
- Open a web browser and go to https://play.google.com/store/account
- Sign in with your google account.
- Find the app purchase you wish to request refund for and select the refund option.
- Follow the instructions provide to submit your refund request.
